Best way to post a guitar

I'm going to be selling my Gibson Xplorer Pro on that auction site and I was just wondering what the best method of carraige would be and approximately how much it will cost.

Go down to your local UPS office or check the website. They do secure packging and stuff.

Do you have a hard case for it? If so there isnt much worry of damage.

If not you will have to ask at ** local UPS...etc and see what they have to protect it
