Best way to record game footage

Hi all I'd like to record some game footage, preferably at 1080 at up to 60fps.
I've read about afterburner and fraps, but they seem a bit limited... anything else worth considering that's free or very cheap? Bonus for fps/system performance overlay.

Does Re-live on amd work with the rx480?

No idea.. I've got it, but never really looked at it... Probably worth a look it if it has the feature cheers
