best way to remove of Dark Rock 4 cooling fans

I've got myself 5700x3d cpu.
What is the best way to remove Dark Rock 4 cooling fans?
I've looked on the web but it doesn't seem clear.

It looks like the best way to remove the fans are to undo the fastening hook on the four circular fan mounting points first...
It looks a bit difficult looks tightly on.

Any advice appreciated.

Should just be a case pushing on the end of the bits that go into the fans, as it's only the tips of the clip that are resting in the fan
