Best way to slice a bit of case off...

I have an Akasa Venom Toxic full tower case. Space has never been an issue until today when trying to mount a new radiator.

Thing is: with just a tiny bit of modification it should fit fine.

Here's the case, with the unattached roof rad:

and here's the culprit blocking the way:

What is the best way to tackle this? Can I simply remove/move it? It has 2 round things on the side which look a bit like screws but they won't unscrew and I haven't managed to pry them out - but if there's a trick to that I'm guessing it would be simpler than trying to saw a chunk of the case off. But if I did need a saw, would a Warhammer hobby saw suffice? Or do I just go old school and whack it with a hammer until it's no longer in the way? (Ideally I'd like to lean towards the first option, but any and all advice is greatly appreciated!)

Drilling worked like a charm - removed 3 rivets and that bracket popped right off (and, as a bonus, the case didn't fall apart :D).

When drilling or dremel-img you are going to create a lot of metal particles. These can short out electrical components so make sure you take everything out of the case first, and then thoroughly clean the case afterwards.

Wear eye protection!

Yeah, I noticed this shortly after I'd begun! Managed to keep most of them out, but I'll get some compressed air in there to be on the safe side.
