best way to sync data with 2 other pc's?

ok i have my main rig and at present i use a robocopy script to my backup drive, which i then will plug in my laptop and media pc and again running a script to mirror the backup drives data, keeping all new tv shows and films synced. i understand this is a bit old and odd.. lol

so what is the best way to do this? i presume robocopy will work over the network? so i guess i can play with that, but interested to know what others use

robocopy is pretty good to be honest.

so when i get home then i need to add ip address or pc name? to the script? or does not not matter
