Hi so I was wondering what the best way is to fully test if a motherboard is 100% functional. It seems to boot up fine with an i7 920 and a stick of RAM.

Basically i bought a faulty Rampage ii extreme online. Upon inspection it seemed the only problem was a bent pin so after setting it straight i powered it up. So far so good. But im assuming there has to be more problems with it? Need to find these the reason being i plan to sell this board and would prefer the customer not emailing me back :p

get a spare drive install windows 7, load drivers for graphics, sound, network and chipset if they all work then u got nothing to worry about

maybe the guy who sold it u did not know what he was doing i bet hed kick him self now if he knew it was working

by the way why did u not ask for a detailed report on what was wrong with the board before buying it?

any how most boards that go on the bay are because

1. they upgrading so want some cash back

2. they bricked the board doing a rather dodgey bois update

3 they where messing around with the board pulled a cable and presumed board was dead because they had not noticed it, u be suprised the amount of boards i've brought off there and theres nothing wrong with it
