Best way to test RAM overclock.

What is the best way to test a RAM overclock.

I have my Q6600 running at 3GHz Prime stable using Small FFT's for 8 hours.

I have now got the RAM running at 833MHz instead of the stock 800MHz. Is the best way to run a Prime blend test or test using MemTest.

OCCT is meant to be very good for testing memory overclocks.

memtest is also a good stresser of oc'd ram
