Best way to test RAM overclock?

Using Prime95 at the moment and will leave it running overnight to check the it, so far running 1.66v and testing 2000mhz, not bad for a 4 year old 1600mhz kit! How long would you run until you considered it stable? 8 hours?

yep prime 95 with custom setting 4096k min and 4096k max ftt size and say 14000mb of memory is the best way to test a ram overclock.

let it run for 24hrs as ram can take a while to error

Alright I will take your advice although not sure if I will be able to leave it running 24 hours I might do it for a minimum of 12 hours.
