Got my TV up and running chromecast

Managed to hide the power through the middle trunking but I want to connect audio out from the PC and into the 2.1 speaker set-up. However the audio line cable is too thick to go down the trunking and I'm looking for alternatives. I don't want to use a different or thicker trunking because its all matching with my existing set-up.

Would a bluetooth receiver and transmitter work via the 3.5mm output from the TV and then a receiver on an RCA connection to the sub/speaker setup?

You put a 2.1 speaker setup on your kitchen TV....

Yes, because I can. It was originally used for listening to music as I wanted some good bass.

Yes, but you'll still need power for the transmitter device. Most likely that will be either an internal battery (possibly rechargeable) or via USB, so check if there's a suitable socket from which to power it on the telly. Avoid anything that requires a permanent wallwart transformer connection. That will be a P.I.T.A. to try and mount behind a slim TV.

I've seen a few of them and the TV has 2 more USB ports which can power the transmitter, however with the receiver it might be a little more difficult. Dont want to really plug it into the mains 24/7.
