Best way to use a claybar?

Just bought one of these along with other bit and bobs. Whats the best process to use with them?

1. Wet car
2. Wash car
3. Dry car (leave the car damp or not?)
3. Clay bar the car
4. Wash again
5. Dry again
6. Polish
7. Wax

Never used one before so jsut trying to figure out the best way of approaching this.

dig you get the quick detailer with the clay bar ? you need to wet the panels before rubbing clay on them, or you'll make the paint worse.

i did mine like this.

wet car,
wash car,
dry car,
claybar,
wipe off the dried detailer,
polish,
wax.

took me about 3hrs in total, and the paint looks miles better.

Ah right, i thought you had to wash the car afterwards too, makes my life easier Yeah i got the quik detailer too, bought the entire kit.

Whats the wax like that you get with the kit? Ive got that spray wax stuff but its not the best or most durable stuff.

i use the megs clay, and detailers, then used megs gold class, but only had some turtle wax origanal wax, but its realy good stuff. next il get some carnuba wax . the rain just falls of now which is cool.
