Best way to use PS3 for music?

Hi all,

I have my main music collection on my HTC device and a PS3 with good-sounding tv hooked up.

What would be the best way to play my music. Possibly copying my files over to the PS3 HDD?

What it a good app to use for media on the PS3 please?

Either store your files on the HDD, an external USB device or get an app for your phone that runs as a media server which the PS3 can then connect to.

All that being said, you can't search on the PS3 or make an on-the-go playlist (i.e. queue files) so you'd probably be better off with a Chromecast or something if you intend to use it a lot.
