Current setup is an Asus Xonar D2X which is connected to Eidifer 2.0 speakers. I also have a Sennheiser headset via USB. Now to switch between the two, I need to into Windows Sound properties and change the audio device. This isn't ideal as some apps require a restart after I do this (iTunes being one!).
How do I best do this? Can I connect both the speakers and the headset to some form of junction box and switch between them? I'm interested in not losing any SQ or effects and I want to switch between speakers and headset quickly without faffing around.
