best way to wipe laptop, but keeping os on?

hi, need to wipe someone's laptop to enable them to sell, whilst running windows 7. But without having to reinstall OS

what are the best options please.

Just reinstall from the recovery partition

Depends on whether you had any personal data on it? I doubt a recovery partition reinstall is going to prevent buyer from recovering data if they so wish...
