What are your recommendations for the best web advert company, with bidvertiser at the moment but they don't seem too be counting the clicks properly and randomly take $0.01 from the earnings on a regular basis

They aren't very flashy though to attract attention, and you get warned if too many people from one IP visit, and then banned! My website appeals to schools and colleges so i get a lot of hits from single IP's, and have already had a warning from adsense.
