Best Web Development Courses?

Bit of advice please, I can pick 2 courses to go on for Web Development/Design.

My current knowledge is pretty sketchy in that, I can pick things apart in html and bodge them together without problem, I can also use the obvious CMS packages and put together solid sites with various add-ons with relative ease.

However ive the chance to go a bit further and get some solid backend knowledge and then venture out on my own.

Which 2 courses would you choose and what languages/design would they be based on?

Im thinking of doing a Java course and something like SQL server?

What would compliment Java? Flash? C+? .net? Cost is not an issue and its a case of having 2 solid qualifications behind me (including the actual knowledge of what im doing) so that I can somewhat sustain myself in the market today and in the future with the obvious increased learning.

Thanks for the reply, no real specific course as such... obviously the quality of the course and the relevance/substance of the qualification needs to be high, as for timescales.... the quicker the better, but again that depends on me.

So if I look at .NET and SQL courses.... I could add a 3rd if Java was relevant? I mean developing Apps is another string id like to add... so Java knowledge could come in here id assume?
