Best website hosts? In abit of a hurry

Iv made a few websites for people but iv never asked who hosts them or where they get there domains from. Now i got asked on advice on who and what kind of plans i should choose.
Iv made a website before and i choose for my domain namecheap.com but my friend gave me free hosting from his own home server because i helped him out with things.

If theres any good company's what will give you a free domain like www.rollracing.co.uk unlimited bandwidth and around 5ogb space and ads allowed that would be perfect!
Prefer just 1 whole company with whole package, The person who asked me to help is new at this. Ill be helping him design a page but its the hosting im stuck on. Its not going to be a big huge website, just a few HTML pages and a photogallery...

TSOHost or Vidahost

Both pretty much as good as it gets, depends what your budget is!
 
TSO and Vida are the best.

With regard to your specs, you're never going to need 5Gb disk space, and there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. They may tout it when you're looking around the site, but in the small print there will be a clause somewhere which states exactly what limits you are set. This will probably be more than enough.
 
Vidahost are the best I've used myself. Never had the supposed pleasure of TSO though but from what I hear they are well worth a go too :)
 
Im with TSO Host, have been for about a year, very good hosting, good price and packages and excellent support.
