Moving into a new flat in a few weeks and need to get a new Wi-Fi modem router. Will be using 2 PC's with it, and as the phone socket is in the front room and PC's are down the hall, it MUST be Wi-Fi. Signal has to get through 2 walls (not too thick though) over distance of approx 6-7 metres.
What is the best modem router for my needs? Have been using Netgear up till now, but not too impressed - although it is a 2-year old model. Have they improved? I want a reliable fast signal and good security. If it matters, I'm using Virgin as ISP and a 2mb connection. Any suggestions very welcome...
