Best wifi cable router for signal range?

Hey all,

My friends are all moving into a big house and looking to share a 2mb virgin cable connection, some via wifi, what's the best router for signal range and ease of setup? No more than £100 though.

i always found Netgear to be the best, Cisco can be quite expensive and i would strave away from Belkin.

depends how far away they are from the router.

No, that one's no good as you missed that the OP will have a cable connection. This one is the cable equivalent so should do the job. I use a DG834PN on ADSL; it seems to work well and the WPN824 should have the same wireless performance.

im sure the WPN824 has RJ-45 sockets in the back of it which you can plug in some Hubs if you need some more length.
