Best WiFi extender?

Hi all,
Buying a house in mid Wales and need internet as 2 people working from home and both videocalling etc.
There will also be TV and Netflix, Amazon, streaming movies, gaming etc I imagine.

The issue we will have is one work place is in a separate building to the hub. The building is a barn and approximately 100m away.

What do people recommend? Powerline kit or something else?

Lay a fibre, or get a proper point to point wireless bridge.

Unifi p2p is probably the best
Powerlines probably won't work as on a different circuit I'm guessing

We wouldn't have a huge budget and it's literally for having the same as in a normal house between floors and rooms etc.
Can you recommend any kits to look at please?

UniFi Building Bridge to do it properly over that distance if laying a fibre isn't an option.

Nb we 'think' the buildings are linked through electricity which is why I was thinking powerline.

What’s the target building made of?

I ask as use a TP-Link CPE210 to provide outdoor WiFi coverage to an area 60 metres away and it penetrates into a building with 50cm think stone walls.

If you set 2 of them up in link mode, they’re supposed to work up to 5km.

Easy to set up and around £50 each.

Single brick barn I think.
