And it does say winger, not striker, so his goals aren't as relevant as the assists. (not that i've seen any official stats.)

The thing is, modern day 'wingers' are often a different breed from your outschool wingers with "white on their boots" hugging the touchline and pinging crosses in to the CF. With formations like 4-3-3 especially the likes of Walcott are expected to contribute goals as well as assists. Ultimately both stats are important, during his last two seasons in England Ronaldo was arguably the best and that was as much down to his goalscoring as anything else.

Edit: I know I touched on it before but seeing Young with so few votes (less than AOC and Downing!) is a bit of a shame.

I went for Valencia but it was between Valencia and Bale really.

Valencia is the best "winger", Bale is stronger overall though.
