Best wireless router

Im also in the market for one but it needs VOIP and able to handle adsl 2.
After a bit of research the Billion 7404VGPM is what im currently looking to get , but Ive read its a pain to set up (Im a total noob).

Not sure if these retail in the Uk. Are there better ones to go for?

It depends on who's ADSL2+ you're going for - different suppliers use different DSLAMS which perform better or worse with different routers. The Billion is great for UKO/Easynet ADSL2+ but a Netgear DG834G/GT/PN/N/etc would be better for Be/o2.
