Just ordered a Xbox slim after having owned a PS4 since release. What games have people enjoyed? I'm not clued up with Xbox games so much appreciated.

Forza Horizon 3
Quantum Break
Halo Master Chief Collection if you've never played them, can be picke dup silly cheap (circa £5).

That's probably it for me as far as exclusives go, everything else is multi platform.

If you like racing games:

Forza Horizon 3
Forza Motorsport 6

Other than that there's not that many great games, the following are good but were a little disappointing:

Halo 5
Dead Rising 3
Sunset Overdrive

If you can get Quantum Break really cheap it may be worth picking up but it wasn't very good at all and real let down after Alan Wake :(

Of course Gears of War 4 next month

Not many. Just keeping mine for that RPG where you have a dragon companion, then it will be boxed away as it's the Forza 6 Special Edition and is not worth much now.

EA Access is well worth subscribing to though.

I have had a few goes on forza in Game I will be getting horizon from the online store as I have a PC so makes sense.

Will have to get halo to see what all the fuss is about. As with forza Gears of War I have had a few games on the 360 at a friends house and enjoyed it them so will get that.

You can get the Halo Collection for £5.99 @ cdkeys.com it is worth playing all 4 if you haven't already. Halo 5 is not worth getting. If you have not played Red Dead Redemption it is worth getting a 360 copy of the Game of the Year version, as it'll work on X1, Condemned is still a classic also.

I'm getting Fifa 17 with the console will it be on EA access soon?

It should be in the console bundle description, you should get a month. I think it is £39.99 a year, and the latest game they added was Unravel, there is Dragon Age, Battlefield 4/Hardline loads of sports games, check it out. It's the single best thing about the X1 imo.

Except is easily has one of the best multiplayer's this gen.

Played on red dead redemption on PS3 years ago great game. The halo deal seems a bargain.

What I meant was will Fifa 17 be on ea access soon? If so I will just sell it now bringing the cost of the console down.

It will be at least 8months away, Fifa 16 is on EA Access.

Halo 5. It has a fantastic multiplayer, unfortunately missed by many because of a few teething problems at the beginning.

The game has a high skill gap which many people don't have the patience to overcome, especially coming from games like CoD, but stick with it and it's well worth it.

Edit: I actually think the suggestion of MCC is a bad one. The single players have never been that great IMO and playing it the other day it just feels horribly dated. If you played and liked them the first time round sure, but new to the series I would suggest you stick with Halo 5, at least to start with.

Are you trolling? Halo is legendary as a single player game! I never played much multiplayer but have completed all single player campaigns with the exception of ODST.

£5.99 is the best deal on the website, and that is saying something.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Halo series and have played all the single players to death. However they are repetitive and once you learn what guns to use (you really only need a pistol and a plasma pistol for 99% of it) and replenish your shields frequently, it's actually very easy even on Legendary.

I just worry someone new to the series starting with Halo 1 SP won't last very long and will miss out on some great games. Start with 5 and if you like it, which hopefully you will, only then go back and try the originals IMO.

I rate 5 as the worst single player campaign in the series, by far. 4 is second, basically 343 studios have not reached the standards set by Bungie, by a long shot. I'd start with Halo 1, learn the story, it really is worth it.
