Better Board for Overclocking

I'm taking the plunge and upgrading to quad core but am undecided on which motherboard to get. Out of the "ASUS P5KC AiLifestyle Series iP35 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard" and the "Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Socket 775 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard" which would be the best for overclocking purposes?

If you can afford the £88 for the P5KC spend it on a P35-DS3P instead.
