Better camera than the D5100 for £250?

Can anyone suggest a better camera than the D5100 with stock lens for around £250?

I'm looking for a camera with video capabilities for getting involved in it as a hobby.

The D5100 is a cracking camera for video, the flip LCD screen can be really useful when filming.

You want an external mic and/or to manual focus.

The auto focus in video mode isn't great (a bit slow), and you can hear it via the interal mic.

You don't want to use autofocus with any camera, it looks terrible in video.
