better pump = cooler?

Ok this is going to be a quick and silly question.
So im thinking better the pump the more fluid gets moved around quicker = cooler kit? im pretty new to this water cooling and still learning before taking the plunge and going for it.

In a word, no.

Choose your pump based on the system it has to drive the water around.

No, I can drop the flow on my system quite a bit before I see any noticeable difference in temps,

I have to drop my pump around 1000rpm to mean a difference of about 3 Degrees
