Better tablet for YouTube videos.

I've been wanting a tablet recently and I have been deciding between an iPad Mini for £220 or a Galaxy Tab 3 8 inch for £185. What would be better for browsing the web and watching youtube videos?

I think the aspect ratio of the Galaxy Tab 3 is better for widescreen video. Also the YouTube app allows you to throw video onto smart TVs.
