Just bought myself an Asus TUF Z270. Once my son upgrades he is letting me have his i7 6700K.

To fund buying some decent RAM I recon I am gunna sell some bits, definatly my Asus P8Z77-V LX and so far about 60% sure I will let my Sabertooth Z77 go too.

I have been looking on ebay and seeing what they are fetching, sort of an amount i would expect to get.

Was thinking though and asking to get some thoughts on this. Is it better to sell as a bundle, board chip and RAM or sell them individually ?

a quick google tells me one of my lungs is worth over £200,000....

Lets take my age, 51 into account. Never smoked, don't drink a lot. Maybe get £50,000 max.

Could buy my RAM and then some... New car to boot..

Sell bundled, it might be a little less than individually but postage can be cheaper. Also you can guarantee compatibility. I worry when I sell something on eBay motherboard related as the buyer might have ****** parts and cause a fuss.

Cheers for that input. Think I may give the bundled route a try and see what happens.

Well they are up, on you know where as a bundle of board, cpu and ram.
Set it going at £80.
a week long auction. So I'll see how it goes.
If all does go well I will think about my Sabertooth Z77, I saw one go for a nice £120 for the board alone.

I have indeed noted down the serial number of the board.
Will take pics of it all packaged up. I have saved a bunch of the air pocket packaging, will use that also.
That is if it sells.

 indeed. Thread as it stands so far is fine, so long as we don't stray into a price check. This will disappear, as if it never existed!

No need to be worrying , all I'll do now is update weather it sells, or not and how much it went for. Plus its helping my post count. I fancy a look at the MM. There might be something I fancy.

Under 40 posts to go.

Well, little update.

It's gone. Well the auction has ended, yet to be paid. Went for £80 in the end. Slightly less than what I was hoping for but thought of the lowest amount I would take. One bid in the end so maybe that is a fare price.

Right, lets dismantle this Sabertooth Z77 and have that up now. Sell it has seperate bits I recon. Looking on you knwow where and there is only one Sabertooth Z77 for sale from the UK and they want £160.
So If i price it right I may get a good deal. Not that much though.

Well that sold well. Time for my Sabertooth Z77. Lets see how much that goes for.

Was going to try and sell in the MM. :p
