Better Video Card

or

keeping obviously the price difference. seeing if it worth it to spend that little extra money on it.

The 'Power Edition' is faster, but probably not that much faster. £10 difference doesn't seem much, so go with the faster version anyway

If you read the Product Descriptions, you will see the difference.

I'm not sure if the OP saw that, he's just asking if it's worth the £10 difference... I'd say it is.

It gives you an extra 50Mhz which is ok if you don't want to overclock the cheaper one

a friend has it and he says that that just adds extra features like temp check and other things. is that what overclocking means?
