anyone know different ways to quench your thirst or addind anything to it ?

sorry if im just being a Noob :D

You could have a more serious thing than just being thirsty, such as:

# Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar)
# Diabetes
# Diabetes insipidus (an imbalance in the body's water level)
# A kidney disorder (such as Fanconi's syndrome)
# Liver disease (such as hepatitis or cirrhosis)
# A bleeding disorder (such as intestinal bleeding)
# Burns or an infection
# A head injury

Edit: Good luck mate, hope it's nothing serious.

lol man, I can't believe some people. Clearly something is wrong with you but instead of going to a doctor or recognising a problem you ask how to better quench your thirst on an internet forum.

If you hadent noticed, its gone midnight :)i dont have a doctor on speed dial unfortunately :]

erm for about a year :s didnt really read into it much but now its getting ridiculous,i have to stop work every so often to drink .

And what? You've learnt to live with it and thought nothing else of it? Something is obviously seriously wrong if you have to stop work. Unfortunately I have a high expectation of diabetes or something. Get yourself to the doctors tomorrow.

Medical thread anyway.

/thread.

lol

just lol

Not really necessary for responses like this. Some people may be scared of the outcome if they do go and get checked out, so they'd rather just suffer the pain and pretend everything is alright. Not everyone can handle the thought of something being seriously wrong with themselves and some just look away and hope it goes.

I'd go and see a doctor.

I was thirsty all the time and kept having to go to the loo ... turns out I had diabetes.

Yeah going to the loo is a sign, though iused to be terrible i needed the loo often, though it turned out i was not only drinking too much but also a physchological problem about worrying about it when i really needed not to need the loo. e.g an exam.

Dr OcUK is here again. Mate, in future, if you have to do something which everybody else doesn't (regarding health) then it's best to get it checked out. There's a reason why nobody else has to stop work to drink, it's because it's not 'normal'. Get yourself checked out. All the best.

And because this thread is medical I think it should be closed.
