BF 2142 and belinia 22w 1680x1050

I cant decide what resolution is closest to the 1 needed to get 16:9 ratio

ive been playing at 1280x960 60 hz but there must be a better way to keep it looking good. the largest one is 1600x1200 but thats 4:3 any ideas

1680x1050 is 8:5 not 16:9, btw.

yeh sorry, according to a doc i copied from google on resolutions, it says 16:10 so yeh 8:5

Your best bet is to set up all the other graphical stuff first, then do this (obviously making sure the path is right for your BF2142 installation):

Once it's done, don't change any settings in-game otherwise it'll get cancelled out. I do it on my 1440 x 900 monitor and it works fine.
