Right I got the sound working fine through all six channels via onboard sound (P4C800E Deluxe).
The only problem is that the volume of the voices in game are amazingly HIGH and drowns out the rest of the game sounds.
I have messed with the volume sliders but no result. Anyone have similar problems or any ideas how to fix?
I am running on hardware sounds, x fi disabled.
