BF: Bad Company. 369 .no online unless I sign up?

SOrry about the title mess up..meant 360..but cannot edit for some reason.

Have been playing this recently..so this is new..to me anyways.

GO to mutiplayer, hit A to log in...

Then get a message saying Networl error, unable to log in.

Hit A again..

Then a screen saying END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT..effective date Nov 16 2009 then a whole thing about terms and conditions comes up...

Hit A to agree... do that then...

Another box about Create Account?...my email is already inputted to it, then a password underneath that...and then asking me about if I want to knwo abotu EA products etc..

What the hell is going on with this?

Also recently..over the last week or so...im getting a lot of Failed to connect to EA online...has EA even supprt this game since it was released?

Nope its been mine from teh start...its just letting me p[ast that part now (its didnt come up again)..but cant connect to the EA online bit.
 
You have to create an EA Online account to play multiplayer in the Bad Company games, also NFS:Hot Pursuit, etc.
 
Been able to get online again...tho still getting failed to connect to EA servers, ya keep trying it seems to connect eventually.

Im not holding out any hope for BF3 now.

Ive been playing onlibe with it since the day it came out..why would it be a problem now?

Im now playing games that about half way thru the screen fades to black then im dumped back to teh home screen.

I think your case is a one off. No one else has had any trouble with the BF games. BF3 will be fine on release.
 
I went back to playing battlefield the other day after not playing for months, i had to download a 1.6gb update (the vietnam one??) before it would let me play online.
