BF Heroes: Failed to download patch

Running Win 7 32 and whenever i try to run the game (First time), say yes to update patch get this error message

Tried running FF as Admin, still no luck, cant seem to find a solution anywhere, any ideas?

Tried using FF and IE still no luck, tried reinstalling etc etc etc......

EA a completely useless tbh!
