Bunch of us standing near spawn humve spawns one guy gets in then tears off without picking anyone else up :/

So true, the 3 or 4 servers i used before 1.5 and had great games on, have now been flooded with them....

Hopefully they will get bored soon, winning games when there is no challenge using cheats/glitches/hacks and go back to COD4...

Until then im enjoying Forgotten Hope 2.2, which for the most part is populated by more 'mature' players.

was on a server last night, a dude with an M16A2 got 35-0 on operation blue pearl and some pistol kills before he left! Just seemed to be headshot after headshot, dont understand how it can be fun if no skill is involved :confused:

Sounds like a cheater to me

Operation Road Rage is my favorite map at the moment! only when the noobs work as a team though

what is there to look out for with hacking? Usual sharking and aimbots or are there more interesting things like health/ammo/teleport cheats?

I've really gotten back into it again along with my freinds, usually play on Sandviken #1 and the Super.infantry/vehichle servers.

why did i stop playing this game....

There is the usual aimbot and wallhacks but to be honest in 800+ hours of playing i hardly see them some people have just put in twice or three times the amount of play time as you and are just better. Another hack i've actually seen more is the commander hack which to be honest is quite amusing, they spam the map with supply drops and vehicle drops(talking a hundred), can use arty when they want some even drop UAV's out the sky...then the server crashes.

Hackers are the one thing that ruin this game but thankfully ive not seen any since 1.5

I remember when people would do commander hacks on the jalalabad server (super server i think) as it was the only server at that time playing 24/7 jala.

Made me so angry i wished i could somehow reach in through my screen and kill the little ****less ******* for real.

Pathetic little kids ruining my game by hacking :mad:

Try setting the BF2 short cut to run as admin. And as well as PBsetup, try PBSVC, which allows you to un/install and test the PB services.

Seen someone using an aimbot tonight so there still active in 1.5 some of these hacks are really expensive! I remember seeing a site a few years ago selling them.

The commander hack is really a pain when it makes the server crash

Used to spend ages on this but since my graphics card died and I replaced it with an ATI 4890 I get random stuttering and can't really be competitive as by the time I've caught up I'm dead. Not sure exactly what the issue is but hopefully will get time to work it out soon.
