BF2/2142 connection problem!

Hi,

Whenever more than one person tries to play either of the current battlefield titles as the same time we get aweful lag...!!!

Our latency still shows as being quite strong in the game but it becomes quiet unplayable.

We have ntl broadband with a 10Mb connection and are both using wireless. Our router is a Belkin Pre-N

Any ideas how we can solve this problem?

yeah most likely wont be you, every one gets these, was a nightmare with the bf2 1.2-3 patch. Not sure about 1.4 as I stopped around 1.2-3

I have played with several people at the same time from a single connection at work without any problems at all.

I wonder if it's something to do with my router?

I went and bought myself a D-Link Gaming Router with GameFuel technology, to hopefully solve these woes - does anyone know what ports etc I need to open in the game section on the router?
