BF2 and Project Reality 0.4 - Maps not loading ?

Have been playing BF2 for a month or so and have just realised some of the maps aren't loading.

Mashtuur City,Kubra Dam and Wake island are not in the map list ( although their folders are in the BF2 levels folder ). Online there is no problem but in singleplayer/offline mode they do not show in the list. ?

Also have just downloaded Project Reality 0.4 ( the full 1.6gig ).

Again this shows 33 maps in the installed folder , but only 3 new maps show in the list.

Any advice/help ?

I honestly have no idea what could be causing that problem.
Try asking on the PR forums, they are all very helpful.

probably have wasted 1.6gb download considering that 0.5v PR is due out tonight/tommorrow and that's another 1.6gb to download.

not all of the maps in PR are able to be played in single player mode and can only be used for multi/online play.

once you get 0.5 feel free to join our server www.imgoingin.co.uk/forums for the details.

Yes , i posted on the PR forum yesterday , too much hilarity from the members about the 0.5 release today !

The opinion i'm getting is that i can play the maps in single player ( just to get used to the maps/vehicles etc. ) if i create a local server.

When i have downloaded the new version, i'll look you up.
