BF2 Clans

I know this is not my first thread tonight, but I have a lot of questions in my mind

Basicly in short, what is a BF2 clan like?
Do they act like WoW guilds (Large(ish) Communities)
Or do they act like small Counterstrike clans.
20or 40 player matches, which are more popular, id imagine that if 40 player, then the clans would be quite big, would you see and bump into people you havent spoke to before?
Would there be dozens of people on vent at a time, ive never seen this before, id imagine it would be quite fun.

What is it like in game? Are there squads that go into their own voice channel and such?

If anyone can link me with some BF2 clan websites as examples that would be great.

BF2 clans can range from hundreds of players right down to 8 or 9 players.

Most clans play 8v8 matches, ClanBase, Enemy Down, TWL, CAL etc. Depends which ladder you enter (Have a look at some of the ladders here- http://www.clanbase.com/news.php)

Tonight on my clan TS there were at least 20 people on at the same time, few playing 2142 most of us playing Bf2. Great fun.

In game it's usually everyone on TS laughing when they kill a clan mate or what ever. Join squads and fill them with 'clannies'.

Most fun I've ever had being in a clan, has made me keep playing BF2 because of it.

I used to be in 50klicks until I just stopped playing so 'handed in my notice' was great fun and everyone got on and it was all fair. Might try and join a game again sometime to see if i recognise any names
