BF2 help for a noobie.

Just bought today and installed.

Am i right that the 1.41 patch is the one to install ? EDIT: Sorry just seen the thread below

There is no option in the video set-up for 1280 x 1024, is this correct ?

At high/max settings 1280 x 960 or 1024 x 768 are the max it offers.

I am using a Gainward 24 pipe AGP 7800gs+ ,so it should handle it no problem

hi mate,
i had same problem earliero n in the week, just download the new 1.41 patch and it sorts it, the res's become available!

You can edit the target field in the shortcut to the exe that makes it default to 1280x1024 (Or any res you want actually), google for it.

Or do that ^

D'loading the patch ( 1.41 ) now, so sorted.
