I agree with Biohazard in that even if it were lag, you wouldn't just end up looking in random directions unless you pointed your mouse in that direction. Does your direction shift, even if you are stationary? What about running in a straight line?

I would firstly update PB and then try playing a singleplayer game to rule out your internet connection.

Mouse never twitches in windows, updated PB made things WORSE! I get some serious hard drive chugging and slowdown at times, what the hell Its as if making the interval 20-500 seconds means it takes longer when it does it :/

It doesnt happen as often when I am stationary, but it can happen if I am stationary and aiming. If just staring blankly I cant remember it happening, but I don't do that often.
