BF2 lost account

After been offline on Bf2 for a month (work is a curse for potential heroes) i find i'm unable to retrieve my account details. Apparently my user name, nickname, email address, password are all wrong.
Tried all sorts to no avail, to regain my lowly rank of Corporal as vindaloo2.
EA games (Electronic A*******) won't even reply to my emails, and i haven't even been abusive (yet). Tried games spy, that didn't help,
As a bonus my Euro Forces expansion pack won't work with my new nickname & email address.
Any ideas, and yes i do wish i could use my sniper rifle on EA "customer services".

my bro-in-law had a similar problem after a format/reinstall. He forgot his nickname and password so reregistered with new ones. When he went to login with new ones it said he had 2 accounts.

It then gave him the option to choose which one to log in on the old or new one.

Not sure if it will help but try it.

Hi there,

This happened to me, well i thought it had as when i was registering it crashed when i went to create, so i tired again and made another account however said i had 2 accounts.

Basically EA is you friend, give them a call and they will ask u a few security questions but they will give you your login details over the phone

Half way through the call to the guy i realised that my 1st attempt at creating an account worked!

I think he's given up on retrieving the lost account guys, he's in the next room adding to his new BF2 account score he made Corporal 2 days ago, not bad since the 23rd Dec!
It still rankles about his old account though.
