bf2 not loading..,psu problem?

Recently I had to replace a psu. I went from a corsair to a jeantech pc world temp jobby type thing. Is it plausable that bf2 wont load up because my grpahics card isnt recieving enough power from the psu? Should be getting a new psu soon but was curious if this was the problem.

Doubt it very much. Your GFX's won't power up until a map loads. Until then i would have thought it stayed 2D.

no just BF2's slopp coding

completely un-install and re-install the game. should sort you

It needs the BF2 disk in the drive. The PSU wont be the reason really.

BF2 does have movie animations in the menu background which does heat my gpu slightly but still very unlikely

Check control panel, there is a directx setup, diag, tests, etc including 3D

surfer im aware that i need the disk in the drive, been playing for like a year lol

I'll just try the reinstall once I get internet sorted in my flat.

i just replaced my gfx card and bf2 failed to make it to the main page. reinstalled, patched and now all is good
