BF2 "Oh ****" Moments

I cant help but laugh at those Moments in BF2 where you know your Screwed over and your going to die..

Like when you see a jets bomb coming Straight for your Face.. or you see the First Shell of a Arty Strike land 10 feet infront of you..

Or you come around the corner only to see a Claymore or a nade waiting to explode...

Whats your Worst "oh ****" moment in BF2

The ones i hate the most are when you can read the Printing on the bomb right before it explodes in your Face..

every time a new patch comes out and my outdated (by 2 weeks) bf2 wont work!

Great game but 480mb for a patch...thats one hell of a patch.

Annoyed me I had to rely on someone getting me a torrent here for it

Patching a game with patches like that is ridiculous.

Whenever I get in the back of a BH on Wake Island and the idiot pilot decides to try and get across low and fast. In the stretch between the carrier and land you're dead if they have any sort of half decent pilots on the other team, along with the AA + AT + TV missiles. Idea is to go really high to get out of range of AA/fly above the jets, but nooo, everytime, low and fast :rolleyes:

I normally am the Chinese on that map. Had my fair share of numpties on the USA side.

Or the worst time was when I dived out of my cover to find a heli camping in the road. Crazy move, but I was wiped off the surface of the planet before he was hit by a half dozen AT rockets.

When you are the last man alive and the whole of the other team are chasing you around.
When you spawn on top of the TV facing the enemy chopper. :eek:

When in a buggy and you actually see the bombs a jet has just dropped on you.
The few seconds between the time C4 is planted on your tank and the time you either shoot the git or get blown to ****.
When you hear footsteps but see nothing on your hud.
Anytime i am being flown in a BH, all pilots are numptys and i believe are spys for the other side. Why else would they fly straight towards AA, Tanks, Jets and Attack choppers with 6 men on board just to get blown to ****.

All the ones you mentioned. When im sat in AA and I see the planes bombs comming at me I just sit there and resign myself to the fact that within the next second I will be flying through the air.

Tesco. That is so true mate, sometimes when i see the bombs i actually get up from my desk and wander off to the loo or make T.

Some of the funniest moments are getting blown up or tanked though. I just love seeing dudes or my own body flying through the air. Even better when they come down and get stuck on a sign or summit and just dangle for a bit.

This damned heat is holding me back at the mo, I haven't played in 2 days which is the longest break since the day of release. :eek:

I just can't be arsed to do owt but browse and even that's an effort.

Oooh or the time I was flying in the back of a BH which was fully laden with the rest of my squad and darting round the map capping flags, and doing a good job of it. Suddenly, the BH spontaneously explodes killing everyone, with everyone going WTF??????

I saw it: the enemy UAV was at exactly the same height as the BH and flew right into my head! I was trying to tell the others what happened but I was to busy rolling on the floor laughing.

Our team storming the chinese airport on wake 2007. We all went in, 2 seconds later, checking my map, my teammates had all died. I lay in the grass with many chinamen running around metres from me. Got 14 kills before I was found (moved about a bit hiding in small bunkers etc as well. Then i made the mistake of trying to get some C4 on their runway. Dead in seconds

just started playing again after about 1 year and I have to say the worst moment is the second you run around a corner and theres a tank pointing at you.

time just kinda slows down for a second, just enough time to say "ow ****"

I hate coming out of an alley straight in front of a tank - I just jump up and down in front of him now waiting for the inevitable, it's not worth trying to run....
