BF2 patch 1.2 - in-game version number?

I have just patched up to 1.2 (using the incremental patch) and it won't let me join any games - says that the servers are running newer versions.

My in-game version number is 1.1.2554-356.0

Any ideas?

Hmmm, downloaded the patch from somewhere else and worked fine.

I'm having real problems with this patch - I tried installing the incremental patch on my other PC and it simply doesn't work.

It is definitely the correct patch, I run it and it claims to have installed but simply doesn't - the game remains at version 1.12.

Tried it in safe mode - still no success.

Maybe I should download the 350mb one.
