Released on ea downloader 5pm. Anybody except those who play support will be glad to hear the pkm has been fixed

- Improved Server Stability
- Adjusted handling of the Tiger attack chopper
- Increased delay for aiming reticule when going from movement to prone on all support weapons
- Adjusted deviation on MG36 and PKM to be in line with other support weapons
- Increased rpm from 600 to 900 on the P90
- Fixed Lock on error on certain Oil towers
- Fixed a Great Wall Exploit
- Fixed exploits on Dragon Valley and Karkand

Thank god for that! Since 1.21 I've hated Support as the PKM has been rubbish. I used to be able to use it as a high ROF sniper rifle!!!!

Thank heavens for that- The oil towers in Zatar were driving me crazy :mad:

Arse, I've just reread the OP.
I found the PKM less accurate than it was pre patch.
Now it is going to get even worse... :(
 
I dunno, it seemed better pre patch than it currently is.
Maybe I'm just playing like a spaz at the moment... :p
 
Since 1.2 the PKM has been too good to be true, hopefully this will balance things out a bit
 
I'm downloading it using the EA downloader. You can get it from the EA website. Or go somewhere like bf2s.com and get it when it becomes available there.
 
The game is in the post for me so does that mean i will have to downlaod the patch as in find it my self or will it auto update?

You need to download it yourself, no auto-update feature unfortunately.

Download the patch from the "full" link in my above post, install that and that's all you need to do. If you get the Special Forces expansion you need to reapply the patch though.
 
i'm getting even more lag in game now, for some reason when i fire it lags out and my shots will go wildly off to the side or something, or with handgrenades i chuck around 3 at a time. stupid lag, server doesnt know whats going on half hte time.
