BF2142 or ETQW

I'll be getting both. Been playing the 2142 Beta and enjoying it a lot to be honest.

I really liek the look of ETQW and it seems like its going to be a lot fo fun. Maybe better than 2142 too! :)
 
As I'm fairly certain only a limited number of people have played 2142 and almost no-one has played ETQW... :confused:

I'll say both reservedly. I'm enjoying the 2142 beta 2 immensely and if they get rid of the biggest bugs (they ones they say they're working on already) its going to be excelent.
 
Quake Wars definatly, and i will wait see what comunities etc say about BF, but will quite probably end up getting both regardless
 
More than likely both, hope they iron out the bugs in bf2142 1st, although saying that was able to get 3 rounds in a row without any probs with conn or CTD
 
Neither most likely, but considering EA/Dice's track record with BF2 i'd most definitely have to put ET:QW over BF2142 :)
 
Well the IGN preview says BF2142 is pretty bland and uninspiring which is pretty much what I thought of the beta. Also I'm not going to buy a game with a futuristic setting and streamed contemporary advertisements on principle.
 
True.

I like to see blood and guts though. Not enough blood in BF2. CSS has good blood. FEAR has good blood. But EA games is a family company, they make noob games.

Well it is a beta :P
The front-end is good. Very responsive. I like it. It's just got a few errors but nothing major.
 
I'm quite enjoying 2142 but haven't seen much of ETQW except a preview a few months ago.

Probably both because I'm a hopeless game addict. I do think ET was a great free game, however, whereas the engine for BF2 and BF2142 is fairly horrible and buggy. I'll need a demo of ETQW I think.
