bf2142 problem

knew it wouldnt work right.

bought the proper game from virgin yesturday.

installed it in 2 mins, cd key correct, updated dx etc, not patched it yet, ran BF2142

"please ensure bf2142 install cd is in drive. check and restart application"

played it, dont like it, nice graphics, thats about it, taking it back tommorow!

doubt you will be able to take it back mate.

Most pc games require keys now, and high street shops no longer allow the return of pc games.

I used to like the 10 day policy certain places had, allowed me to buy a game i was un-certain of, and if it did turn out pap i could take it back.

Those days are now gone

ahh well.

Gamestation let you, no chance on places like GAME etc.

game station wouldnt except a game i had with a key, as once its registerd you cant use i again, unless you have all the details from the first person.
