Ok So im looking at building a BF3 budget build for my friend, the less cost the better, but we still want to use decent parts in terms of manufacturer.
So ive seen that AMD builds can be considerably cheaper than Intel builds so thats what im looking at
The following motherboard is the one ive got my eye on:
Asus Sabertooth 990FX

Along with one of the new PileDriver AMD processors, Most likely either the six core or octo core

What do you guys think of this?
The alternative that i was looking at before i looked into AMD was using an Intel z77 based mobo, with a 3570k i5.
What do you guys recommend? He dosnt really care about future proofing, we just want something that will run BF3 on full settings along with all the usual software like Teamspeak/Xfire/Origin etc.
This is the first time ive looked into AMD builds so im a little sketchy
As for the rest of the components, we would like to go with the following:

In terms of graphics cards, we just want one that will run BF3 on ultra pretty easily, The monitor/TV we are using is about 30/32" I know its quite large
If you guys wanna submit a different build that you think would be better than the above then go ahead
