BF3 DX Error (7970)

Ever since I updated my Catalyst to 13.4, I've been getting a DX Error, so I reverted back to 13.1, the problem is still persisting! It only seem to occur when ever I try to minimize the game (not always)

I have no idea how to fix it

I used to get this error, or one similar to it when i altered the size of my page file and i would alt tab when playing battlefield 3. Increasing the page file size or putting it on Auto size fixed it for me.
