BF3 Patches???

letting us know next week so it was said yesterday

i think youll see torch nerfed a bit and irnv in the patch list.

maybe spawn tweak aswell
 
F2000 is a beast of a gun anyways :eek:

Hope they do something about that infered scope. its so ******* lame :rolleyes:

they should tone down the lazer too imo

should only be able to use support weapons when prone/using the bipod.

drag people to safety before rezing them.

get shot in the head/run over you cant be rezed

in rush shorted the combat zone for defenders.

all classes to have c4

bring back the laser dart gun from bfbc2, it was a much better way to take out tanks/helis

turn up the sound of engines. approaching tanks/humvees are very quiet for me :(

also noticed that tanks dont kill helis and jets in 1 shot. this needs to be addressed

remove so of the ridiculous attachments you can get on guns. the supressor should be availible on all guns (.50 sniper support guns etc)

The PKM was a great gun even in BF2. Battlefield has never been about ultimate realism. Its not ARMA.

The balance IMO is good. You can use LMGs without the bipod, but they are much more accurate when they are used with one. Which is the way it should be.

People seem to froget battlefield's roots. Most people spent their time in BF1942 ****ing about in planes boats and tanks. It was never a serious warfare simulator. But with the move to modern era of BF2 / BF3 some now seem to think it is.
 
I just think its crap how you can quite easily out shoot a sniper 100m away while strafing left and right fully auto.

Its just daft to me.

The accuracy punishment is not enough for using it standing up IMO

Thought of another 1. A mapped button for deploying the bipod

Wishful thinking but I guess I will have to wait for Battlefield 4 for in game VOIP with sqaud mates, soldiers are supposed to speak to each other on the battlefield are they not? The game just feels so disconnected when you aren't speaking to each other. I have played a few games now with voice chat and it was like playing a different game, it was amazing. It's so stupid having to stop in the middle of the battlefield, press L and type "Tank coming up to the hill at D", just picture a soldier in real life whipping out a keyboard lol, sort it out dice ffs.

Also, how the hell do i get someone to drop ammo? I look at the support class dude and press Q but nothing happens, in BC2 it would alert him and don't even mention the useless Commorose, which does what exactly?

It needs to be easier to spot things. It was perfect in BF2 so why is so hard now? Most of the time what I'm looking at doesn't get spotted or moves out of the way and by the time the click goes through I've missed it. It should spot whatever you had in the middle when you press Q or have dedicated spot button, imo.

People doing it that way are using the foregrip. You can't be accurate to 100m without it.

And even then, its nowhere near as accurate as with the bipod. The LMGs recoil heavily and arent much use at range.

You can easily take on targets at ranges of 200m + with a LMG, but only whilst prone using the bipod and firing in short bursts, as it is in real life.

Snipers shouldn't really be engaging targets at 100m ranges unless they are sure of the kill.
