Bf3 Slow rendering?

Hello guys anyone have this issue or know how to fix it? When playing BF3 and I pan the camera trees render in slow?
Watch this video please and would like if someone knew what is happening here.

Thanks for reply solid 60fps and its happens on both low and high settings. Strange thing its only tress??
I dont know if its hardware or the latest patch.

Only noticed it today, first time since patch I play. I just had Mp3 running for abit and was panning like crazy lol not a single issue.

Removed the 12.8 drivers and installed 12.4 and its still the same

Think its just the game? Am completely lost guys.

Yes done it twice says no files corrupt. Am 100% sure its the Bf3 patch, been trying other games and they all run perfect.

Yes 1005/1500 @1.037V I will reset OC once my PC finishes de-fragging HDD and test card at stock.

Haa I would Love to mate, but size matter to me lol and price of large SSD is way over priced. But they are starting to drop would love a 500gb or 1tb SSD for £100

Thanks, Its something I wouldn't put passed Dice do they even test there patches ?? If this does it on Stock OC It is 100% game patch.

I just had one reply over on Battlelog he said he has same problem.

Just played two games on old maps and it was fine

no issues but early on I tested caspian border and had it happening.
